內容簡介

續集影片講述黑超特警Jay（威爾·史密斯扮演）已成長為一名經驗豐富的老練幹探。在一次看似普通的案件調查過程中，Jay發現案件存有疑點。深入調查後發現此案蘊藏著一個顛覆地球的邪惡計劃。而這邪惡計劃的始作蛹者便是由羅拉·弗琳·鮑兒（Lara Flynn Boyle）扮演的外星人瑟琳娜（Serleena）。瑟琳娜為了達到其打擊地球的目的，搖身一變為美麗性感的女模特，混入MIB大廈並以整座大廈的安危作要挾。為搗毀瑟琳娜的陰謀，營救被困人質，勢單力薄的警探Jay只有去找昔日搭檔Kay(湯米·李·瓊斯扮演)。MIB老將Kay洗去記憶退休後，在美國郵政系統任職。Kay在郵局的工作如魚得水，其實是因為郵局的工作人員都是外星人，Kay的舊識。工作雖然平淡單調，但這種簡單輕松的日子卻是他夢寐以求的生活。Kay享受著與妻子溫馨生活的點點滴滴，外星人的陰謀已激不起他的戰斗意識。Jay只有恢復Kay的記憶，兩人才能並肩作戰，於是這對皇牌搭檔又走到一起，為捍衛地球而戰斗。

影片主要講述了反派角色Yaz想要回到過去殺死Kay探員，隨之發生了一系列難以想像的事件。威爾·史密斯扮演的Jay探員也回到了1969年，與年輕時代的Kay執行任務，共同阻止Yaz毀滅這個世界。 不同時代的Kay探員分別由湯米·李·瓊斯和喬什·布洛林扮演。有趣的是，1969年的年輕版Kay探員只有26歲，這個角色設計與湯米·李·瓊斯很貼近，因為現實中的他1969年時是23歲，而負責扮演年輕版Kay的喬什·布洛林今年已經42歲了。
據了解，反派角色Yaz被描述成一個「類似於撒旦的魔鬼」，不但凶惡而且無趣，傑梅奈·克萊門特將扮演這個角色。
