劇情介紹：
本片為在八十年代曾引領風騷的《福星電影系列》第二部，明星陣容鼎盛，包括：成龍、洪金寶、吳耀偉、秦祥林、馮淬帆、胡慧中等。劇情描述成龍飾演的國際刑警在東京追捕罪犯三哥，但被當地犯罪組織阻礙，他被迫要求香港的上司將五名在孤兒院一起長大的好友送到日本相助。上司派出女督察霸王花陪同前往，引起五福星沿途爭相獻勤。抵日後，五福星假扮香港罪犯混入當地賭場，里應外合之下終立下大功。洪金寶的導演手法流暢爽朗，尤其能掌握五福星追求霸王花時的逗趣笑料，呈現出相當豐富的娛樂性，胡慧中因本片的女警形象成功，日後更發展成獨立的《霸王花》女警動作喜劇系列。
