灰太狼在280次抓羊失敗後，使用了終極武器--陰離子光球,想把羊羊們全烤了。 羊羊們抵擋不住，只能用鎮村之寶--陽離子光球。結果陰陽離子相撞，將喜羊羊與灰太狼他們吸進了古古怪界。在這個完全陌生的世界，他們經歷了許多事……首先，喜他們由於亂碰「神蛋」而被蜜蜂抓住。灰太狼夫婦同時放出了蛋里的惡魔——黑大帥，在黑大帥的強迫下，灰太狼夫婦接受了命令——找到光明道具並銷毀。黑大帥： 一個黑心皮蛋，會釋放基因光線和超強的閃電，還能瞬間轉移，他妄想控制整個地下世界。他如果被光明道具澆到，就會失去大量法力，需休息一段時間才行。當羊羊們困惑時，一個自稱先知的蛋殼出現了……他叫瀟灑哥。 羊羊們與瀟灑哥一起去找光明道具，費盡好大一番周折後，他們終於找到了，但卻被灰太狼夫婦抓起來了，喜想辦法讓光明道具沖洗被控制的蜜蜂，從而制服了灰太狼夫婦。這時，黑大帥親自來向他們挑戰。自大的瀟灑哥在黑大帥的閃電面前不堪一擊。還是喜趁大帥疏忽時打開了光明道具，大帥失去法力，慌忙逃跑，當然，灰太狼夫婦也跟著逃了。第一場戰斗結束 。 喜羊羊他們來到一個荷花池，在那裡了解了一群巨蛙需要建造一座祭壇，來祭祀「上天」，其實這是黑大帥的陰謀，他想吃掉青蛙來恢復法力，他讓灰太狼夫婦假扮天上的「神」在羊羊的幫助下，巨蛙與死敵招潮蟹和解並一起完成了祭壇，此時灰太狼夫婦顯身，要將巨蛙，羊羊，招潮蟹一塊兒煮了。多虧懶羊羊偷懶，造祭壇時沒將一塊石頭卡緊，他們才脫身。但瀟灑哥又被灰太狼抓住了，為了救瀟灑哥，羊羊們上天去找黑大帥，結果被黑大帥的閃電擊敗。 後來喜羊羊想辦法又打敗了黑大帥，黑大帥讓灰太狼裝成自己，分兩路逃跑，並讓紅太狼去地面上搬救兵。第二場戰斗結束。 第三部分分為兩塊 第一塊是喜羊羊，沸羊羊懶羊羊三羊一起去追灰太狼假扮的黑大帥，一直追到南極，在南極，他們展開了激烈的追逐，途中來到企鵝村。企鵝村的首領常常為小事爭吵，很搞笑，比如問企鵝到底是什麼顏色，黑還是白……。在喜羊羊為企鵝們解答了一些問題後，卻在一場意外中放出了掉入河中而成為冰的灰太狼，正當羊羊們被煮時，一道閃電將灰移走了…… 第二塊：慢羊羊，美羊羊，暖羊羊，瀟灑哥與蛋蛋在追捕真正的黑大帥，途中黑大帥假扮瀟灑哥，干盡壞事，害瀟灑哥他們被冤枉，不傳來兔子國國王牙壞的消息，瀟灑哥決定報復黑大帥，扮成黑大帥去行刺兔子國國王。兔子兵將真正黑大帥逮捕，關進監獄…… 同時瀟灑與蛋蛋因裝大牙同樣也被逮捕.。沒想到的是，兔子國國王不但沒處死黑大帥(他的牙蟲在遇刺時被嚇跑了)反而看中了黑大帥那大板牙，還封黑大帥為國師並下令全國緝拿瀟灑哥與羊羊。大帥在恢復法力中又將兔子國國王打昏，自稱國王，並將在南極的灰召喚回來。灰太狼提議將他老婆及七大惡狼都召來，黑大帥因功力未完全恢復，轉送時將七大惡狼與紅太狼他們弄到了南極，在南極八匹狼與喜羊羊他們展開追逐，追逐中喜羊羊他們又被黑大帥的閃電轉到了兔子國所在的沙漠…… 這時瀟灑哥與蛋蛋正被處以拔牙絞刑，喜連忙救下並一起去找黑大帥。慢羊羊他們因中計被黑大帥抓住。黑大帥與喜羊羊他們交手時，由於不明的一場雨使黑大帥法力失掉很多，喜羊羊又將真的兔子國王救出，他們一起去打黑大帥，七大惡狼這時也到了，因為吃了黑大帥不少苦又不知道黑大帥的威力，所以去揍了黑大帥一頓，黑大帥緊急之下釋放了基因光線，控制了所有的兔子兵，並將喜羊羊他們都抓起來了。光明道具也被搶走了。 被關在監獄中的羊羊們發現周圍有許多跳蚤，喜羊羊並想辦法把跳蚤放到了灰太狼夫婦身上且讓他們用光明道具來沖洗，等灰太狼偷到光明道具時，喜羊羊又將跳蚤放到兔子兵身上，結果……。 黑大帥他們逃跑後，兔國國王又想得到光明道具，用其洗澡很舒服，將羊羊們拖了幾天。在羊羊們搶回光明道具後，繼續追趕黑大帥。第三部分結束。這時黑大帥與狼們已設好陷阱，羊羊到時，黑大帥宣布——送你們回青青草原！ 七匹狼也跟著回去了，地下世界裡還剩下瀟灑哥(拿著光明道具)與蛋蛋黑大帥，灰太狼，紅太狼。在地上，羊羊們將七匹狼耍得直求饒。在地下，失去羊羊幫助的瀟灑哥很快中計被黑大帥搶走光明道具，大帥重新統治了地下世界，還建造了大型游樂園，把瀟灑個虐的很慘……。 灰太狼夫婦因無食物而打算逃跑，黑大帥要求灰太狼將光明道具改為黑暗道具，灰太狼搞定後黑大帥還是不讓他們走，他們只好坐自製火箭逃跑…… 黑暗道具：可將基因光線的力量擴大，即使不是地下世界的動物也會遭到控制。 喜羊羊他們得知瀟灑哥有難，又回去營救，當然，灰也跟去了，他們了解到黑暗道具的底部有一機關，轉動便可恢復成光明道具。他們在成功後不想被黑大帥他們發現，黑大帥又將其調回去了，並且將那個機關作了嚴密保護。喜羊羊他們沒辦法，只能去炸毀黑暗道具。但是一次次周密的計劃皆被黑大帥識破，羊羊懷疑同伴內有內奸，果然，當喜羊羊，沸羊羊，美羊羊一起去詐降時，美羊羊出賣了他們，原來美羊羊被黑暗道具的魔水沾到，已被控制。同樣，紅太狼也被控制了。 羊羊與灰太狼一起被關起來，灰太狼打算挖地道逃跑。另外，慢羊羊讓瀟灑哥與懶羊羊給黑大帥送「蛋糕」，黑大帥認為一定是炸彈，盒子開啟瀟灑哥與黑大帥都慌得不行，當發現是蛋糕時，兩蛋才鬆了口氣。黑大帥發怒，朝瀟灑哥放出強烈的閃電，不想這時灰太狼剛好從地底下挖出來，絆倒了黑大帥，閃電直朝黑暗道具飛去，轟！第三部分結束。 黑暗道具的毀壞意味著光明道具的消失，正當羊羊們一籌莫展時，瀟灑哥提出去找自己的媽媽，希望她能幫忙。眾羊與瀟灑哥費了一番工夫來到了雞爪山並找到了雞媽媽，這時黑大帥他們也帶兵趕到了。雞媽媽記憶力也差的不行，自己家也找了半天，還說要親自收拾黑大帥，結果被黑大帥電個半死，在眾羊幫助下逃跑。 羊羊們想了好久，終於想出辦法來對付黑大帥，他們利用美羊羊給大帥報信，設下陷阱想制服黑大帥，眼看就要成功時，雞媽媽卻將准備壓黑大帥的鐵塊上的繩子叼住。 這時雞媽媽才說黑大帥是瀟灑哥的親弟弟，不能殺。還要瀟灑哥用兄弟親情去感化黑大帥，結果黑大帥一點都不領情。雞媽媽想出最後辦法，讓瀟灑哥與蛋蛋合體，成為瀟灑超人來與黑大帥對抗，大家這才想起蛋蛋已在前個計劃中被黑大帥抓走了。眾羊去營救蛋蛋卻被美羊羊給說破計劃，而且瀟灑哥與蛋蛋也不知道如何合體，當他們一起被扔進鍋里煮時，瀟灑哥與蛋蛋才意外合了體。瀟灑超人用白洞攻擊打跑了黑大帥與灰太狼，但在追趕過程中卻因瀟灑哥與蛋蛋的不和而分體。在慢羊羊給其吃了同心丸後，他們才彼此同心，與羊羊一起去找黑大帥，只有懶羊羊留下獨自一羊看守。這時黑大帥正在逃亡，灰太狼建議逃回雞舍，正好碰上懶羊羊，馬上要挾為人質。灰太狼忍不住要吃懶羊羊，被黑大帥發現，黑大帥放電攻擊，結果由於被瀟灑哥擊中的關系而將能量法力全給了灰太狼。灰太狼成為了地底世界的大王，黑大帥法力全失，只能投靠羊羊。但威力無比的灰太狼輕而易舉的抓住了他們，在監獄中，多虧慢羊羊使用催眠術才保住了羊羊的性命。不過後來灰太狼識破了，將眾羊一起煮進鍋里，這時瀟灑哥與黑大帥因保護雞媽媽而合體成為瀟灑超人第二代。就要擊敗灰太狼時，灰太狼又將美羊羊與懶羊羊作為人質，打算自己逃跑。慢羊羊發明了機器蛋，只要將灰太狼關進，雞媽媽孵七天，灰太狼就可以放出凈化光線凈化地底世界。喜羊羊用計將灰太狼抓住，七天後，灰太狼變成地底世界的生物。但灰太狼拒絕放射凈化光線。眾羊將灰太狼關進監獄，灰太狼挖地洞逃跑，逃跑中聽到雞媽媽說她有一粒葯丸吃下可增加100倍功力，灰太狼聽後立即搶走並吃下葯丸。 當灰得太狼意忘形時，喜羊羊他們躲進了玻璃屋。 然後,灰太狼最大功率輸出，凈化閃電照遍古古怪界。一切都恢復了，灰太狼他們也用瞬間移動逃回了地面。喜羊羊他們也該說再見了。 在地面，灰太狼還擁有黑大帥的法力，先將羊村攻破，抓住了除喜羊羊，美羊羊外的四隻羊。後來喜羊羊想辦法用能量轉移機將灰太狼身上的力量全分給草原的各種動物，最後，當然是灰太狼說的：「我一定會回來的」 (全篇完)
喜羊羊與灰太狼:
羊歷3131年，青青草原上，羊羊族群已經十分興旺發達。在羊羊一族裡面已經有小鎮，有學校，有超市，有美容院，所有羊羊族群的羊都幸福快樂地生活。可是，在對岸的森林裡，灰太狼帶著他的妻子紅太狼卻對著一群群的肥羊咽著口沫，紅太狼看到了羊群，知道丈夫帶她離開狼群是對的，問題是灰太狼什麼時候到對岸去把肥羊抓回來，讓她一嘗羊羊大餐。
當灰太狼的身影再次出現在石橋的欄柵前，羊羊族群的喜羊羊、美羊羊、沸羊羊和懶羊羊等一班年輕的羊羊才真正的從現實當中看到書上記載的狼的醜陋樣子。當然和武大狼一樣，灰太狼面對鐵欄柵也是沒辦法跨越，而村長慢羊羊為了防止灰太狼耍什麼花招，叫了村裡最聰明的喜羊羊守在橋上。
灰太狼起初在橋上看到鐵柵後面的喜羊羊，以為只要破壞了鐵欄柵，就可以把肥羊抓住，沒想到鐵欄每次都給喜羊羊暗中做了手腳，灰太狼落得個傷痕滿身，灰頭土臉的回家，在他心中最痛恨的就是那隻專門對付他的喜羊羊，簡直是一點不把狼群的威風放在眼裡，而且每次他都給喜羊羊害得夠慘的。從此，灰太狼下定了決心，想盡一切辦法要抓喜羊羊回去先下鍋，以泄他心頭之恨，身心之痛。可是灰太狼不知道，他的對手是全羊羊族群里最聰明的，而且在喜羊羊背後還有村長和發明家慢羊羊，大智若愚、喜歡睡覺的懶羊羊，力大如牛的沸羊羊，漂亮親切的美羊羊和一大幫羊羊族群。灰太狼的雖然陰謀詭計不斷，但是最後還是自討苦吃，落得一個失敗的下場，而且受傷回家以後，紅太狼並不會給他安慰，還會狠狠的教訓他一頓……
喜羊羊與灰太狼之牛氣沖天:
春回大地，更逢慢羊羊村長100周年慶典。慢羊羊的坐騎老蝸牛卻突然病倒，經過檢查，村長感到如臨大敵，打算潛入蝸牛身上消滅引起這個病變的病毒。小羊們覺得危險，要代替村長前往蝸牛的身體上消滅病毒。沒想到灰太狼偷聽到，也要進入蝸牛體內捉小羊。
喜羊羊、沸羊羊、懶洋洋和美羊羊到了蝸牛的兩只觸角上。喜羊羊和美羊羊還沒搞清楚這是個什麼地方，就被白菌(白牛)士兵強行徵召入伍當兵。而且不須新兵訓練，直接就拉上戰火連天的前線。
在軍營內得知，這是個位於蝸牛觸角上的細菌國度——白牛國。最近這個蝸牛世界不再平靜，終日發生地震。國王斷定一定是處在另一隻觸角上的黑菌（黑牛）王國——黑牛國搞的鬼，為了消滅邪惡的黑牛國，制止這場細菌感染，白牛國徵集了全國兵力，發動了戰爭。既然大家的目的一致，喜羊羊參加到了白牛國的軍隊，一同和黑牛國的細菌作戰。
兩國在國境線上擺開戰場，喜羊羊發現黑牛國竟然是灰太狼領軍,更造出新式武器坦克和飛機，白牛國全軍潰敗，還被重重包圍。
喜羊羊攜帶而來的通訊器一直沒有信號，為了和村長取得聯絡，喜羊羊要經過危險禁地——漩渦黑森林，這里菌跡罕至，一旦進入九死一生。但喜羊羊還是毅然出發，經過長途跋涉，在即將到達森林出口的時候，不幸遇上了神秘的細菌蠻族（黃牛），雖然喜羊羊逃脫出來，可是通訊器卻落入了蠻族手中。灰太狼更成為他們的軍師，造出許多控制細菌的控制器，一舉消滅黑牛和白牛兩個細菌王國，事成之後，那兩國細菌是蠻族的糧食，而小羊則由灰太狼享用。
浩浩盪盪的蠻族細菌大軍將他們兩國包圍得水泄不通，並揚言要將兩國細菌都作為他們的食糧。兩個國王都萬萬想不到，一向溫順、與世無爭的蠻族細菌竟然就是引致這個世界病變的真正根源！
正當灰太狼得意之時，沒想到自己也給黃牛蠻族細菌大王吃掉。喜羊羊為救眾人，與黃牛開展生死大戰，最後更犧牲救回小灰灰，令灰太狼答應以後再不吃一根羊毛。
最後，蝸牛終於回復了健康，小羊們和灰太狼夫婦也回到了草原上，但灰太狼卻在慶功會上發難，並表示自己並沒有違背誓約——一根羊毛也不吃，那可是剝了皮再吃！不料喜羊羊卻早有準備，反制住了灰太狼。其他小羊憤怒地要把灰太狼消滅時，喜羊羊倒把他們放走——因為，世間萬物自有他存在的道理，不能輕言消滅——青青草原上，羊和狼的歡樂故事還將永遠繼續！
總之主要內容就是:灰太狼和紅太狼想吃羊,但總是被喜羊羊打的身上都是包.
