工作室介紹：
在1984年「風之谷」上映之後，不論是票房表現或影片的水準方面均獲得了相當大的成功，於是，在德間書店的支持下，1985年，「吉卜力工作室」成立了。同年，吉卜力開始製作「天空之城」，自此以後，吉卜力工作室成為一個專為宮崎駿和高畑勲製作動畫的工作室。
「吉卜力（GHIBLI）」這個名字事實上本意是指「撒哈拉沙漠上吹的熱風」在二次世界大戰的時候,義大利空軍飛行員將他們的偵察機也命名為「吉卜力」。宮崎駿是個飛行器狂，當然也知道這件事，於是決定用「吉卜力」作為他們工作室的名字。而在這個名字的背後，還有一層含意，也就是希望這個工作室能在日本動畫界掀起一陣旋風!!
吉卜力工作室是一個相當特殊的團體，不論在日本國內或是國際間都是一樣。因為吉卜力工作室原則上只製作由原著改編，劇場放映用的動畫。由於製作劇場版的動畫必須冒相當大的票房風險，所以一般的工作室通常都以製作TV版動畫為主，雖然偶爾會製作一些劇場動畫，但是大多數也是由著名的TV版動畫改編而成的（附帶說一句，日本平均每周製作超過40部的TV版動畫！！

風之谷：
《風之谷》是部極具環保省思的動畫。也是宮崎峻最重要的成名作,原作來自他在德間書店長達十年的漫畫連載（建議一看）。
故事中看似死亡森林的腐海及居住在腐海中的巨大昆蟲以及群蟲之王「王蟲」皆是為了使污染的大地復元而生。而主角娜烏西卡從小生長的地方「風之谷」則象徵著人與自然共生共榮的處女大地。
人類文明因為戰爭「火之七日」而崩毀的千年之後，荒蕪的大地被放出有毒瘴氣的菌類森林「腐海」所覆蓋，那裡居住著巨大昆蟲，是一座死寂的森林。
某夜，運輸著自培吉特市挖出的巨神兵的多爾梅吉亞大型運輸船墜落在風之谷，翌日，風之谷遭到欲取回巨神兵的多爾梅吉亞軍佔領，族長基爾被殺。
司令官庫夏娜，帶著人質娜烏西卡，在前往培吉特市的路上，遭到阿斯貝爾駕史的炮艇襲擊。
趁機逃出的娜烏西卡，為了救阿斯貝爾而深入腐海，郄意外地發現了腐海底下竟充滿著乾凈的水、土和空氣。於是兩人明白了「腐海」的秘密，是為了使污染的大地復元而存在，而蟲群則是為了保護腐海而生的。
另一方面，培吉特市民為了搶回巨神兵，將蟲群引至風之谷。得知此消息的娜烏西卡被關入帆艇中，但後來得到阿斯貝爾等人的幫助而逃脫，同時帆船郄遭到冬爾梅吉亞軍的攻擊……。

天空之城：
《天空之城Laputa》是吉卜力工作室的開山之作，宮崎駿一人兼任了原作、監督、腳本和角色設定四項重任，使得這部作品從頭到章節附註入了純粹的宮崎理念。宮崎駿的音樂搭檔久石讓，這次達到了他配樂生涯的頂峰。和 《龍貓》一樣《天空之城》也是宮崎駿先生的得意之作，影片1986在日本上映時，引起了極大的轟動，值得一提的是,天空之城的主題曲——『君をのせこ』(井上杏美演唱)，非常好聽.柔和凄美的旋律，加上那浮在空中夢幻般的城市，緊張激烈的情節貫穿整部電影，但蔚藍的天空和濃濃的白雲反而將尖銳的沖突淡化得更耐人尋味；人物的表達很多時侯不是靠台詞而是靠人物的具體動作，使人物的性格更顯深刻。這可能就是為什麼它能吸引小孩甚至大人坐下兩小時專注地看一部動畫片了吧。我們不得不承認宮崎駿有這種能力。總而言之，如果你沒有看過天空之城的話,這部十多年前的作品,一樣是非常值得一看的。
這部作品的音樂仍舊由久石讓負責，在這部作品中他的才華得到了相當大的發揮，甚至可以說沒有他的音樂，電影本身會因此而減少魅力，一般認為來說，電影音樂帶有蘇格蘭風格，其主題曲也是由民歌曲調改編而成，不過現在還不是很清楚這個消息是否可靠，可以確定的是主題曲倒是經常被許多電視節目採用，中央台就能聽到。
整部作品的音樂都是精品，特別有名氣的就是它的結尾曲「君をのせて」，很多沒有看過宮崎駿電影的人也許都相當熟悉它，它由井上杏美小姐演唱，她寬廣而柔和的音域顯然很受觀眾和宮崎駿本人喜歡，因此，後來幾部作品也邀請了她來演唱主題曲或者片中插曲。

龍貓：
《龍貓》是宮崎駿的在STUDIO GHIBLI的第三部電影，因為這部平靜而溫馨的電影使得龍貓這個可愛的生物在全世界都家喻戶曉。《龍貓》十分適合一家老小齊齊觀看的。
「在我們鄉下，有一種神奇的小精靈，他們就像我們的鄰居一樣，居住在我們的身邊嬉戲、玩耍。但是普通人是看不到他們的，據說只有小孩子純真無邪的心靈可以捕捉他們的形跡。如果靜下心來傾聽，風聲里可以隱約聽到他們奔跑的聲音。」這是宮崎駿幼年時在家鄉聽到的傳說，年少的他也曾經認真地在小徑上等待，在草叢間尋找吧。長大後，他投身於動畫製作，心中始終念念不忘鄉下渡過的那段美好的時光，始終念念不忘這個為小孩子們編織的精巧的夢。在這種情緒的感召下「龍貓」問世了。
宮崎駿熱愛描寫自然，熱衷於為孩子們編織夢想，整部「龍貓」帶有其一貫的魔幻現實主義風格，利用一些自然景物切入到主角的意識流之中，讓觀者的心得到最真切的共鳴。宮崎駿說道：「日本這國家恩澤於四季多變，充滿了豐富美麗的自然景色。而《龍貓》就是選取了充滿了大自然氣色的鄉間作背景。「澄清的小河、森林、田地，住在其中 的人、鳥、獸、昆蟲，夏天的悶熱、大雨、突然掛起的勁風、恐怖的黑夜…… 這些東西全都顯出日本的美態。我覺得保護這些可以讓生物蓬勃地生長的自然環境很重要。「這個故事中場出現的古怪生物龍貓，在很久以前便悠然地住在森林的深處，從未在人前露面。「這些年來，大自然看來受到很大的破壞，不過身邊的花草樹木、小河都仍是相互存在著。花、小石、昆蟲等，其中有些外形不大美觀的，不過也可以嘗試用手觸摸並細心觀察。」

魔女宅急便：
在魔女的家族，小魔女滿十三歲之後就要獨立，到一個新的城市立足，開創屬於自己的天地。琦琦就是一個小魔女，她已經十三歲了。這天她躺在湖邊的草地上，聽著從爸爸那裡偷拿出來的收音機，收音機中正在播放的是天氣預報，報告說明後天都是好天氣。琦琦聽後立刻飛奔回家告訴媽媽要離家出走去進行修行。琦琦的媽媽也是一個魔女，琦琦就是繼承了她的血統。但媽媽擔心她遇到危險，因為琦琦雖為魔女卻只會騎掃把飛行。村中的婆婆也談起第一次見到琦琦媽媽的情景。琦琦下定決心要去修行，馬上去收拾行裝，准備在晚上帶著黑貓吉吉一起出發，由於琦琦會魔法，可以和吉吉直接交流。這時琦琦的爸爸回來了，聽說琦琦要走，雖然不舍，但也沒有阻止，並把收音機送給琦琦。媽媽給琦琦穿上魔女服，並囑咐她要保持純潔的心靈，臉上時常要有笑容。晚上村裡人來送行，琦琦的朋友們對於她的修行十分的羨慕。媽媽將自己的掃把給了琦琦，琦琦雖然飛的磕磕碰碰但還向著目標前進了。

紅豬：
《紅豬》是以宮崎駿在一本模型雜志上連載的漫畫故事為基礎改編的動畫電影。該漫畫是《宮崎駿雜想NOTE》中的其中一個短篇，名字叫做《飛空艇時代》，全水彩編繪，共15頁。（在電影完場時播出的插畫就是出自該漫畫的）
《紅豬》將背景設定在二十年代的義大利，同樣是歐洲風味的背景和音樂，為了更加真實地表達出歐洲當地的風土人情，製作委員會曾到過阿德里亞沿海進行實地考查。期中一幕在阿德里亞海的黃昏底下，遠處點綴著 波魯克的紅色飛機，畫面非常吸引！聽說製作時最困難的其中一處是表達飛機在天空上飛的畫面，傳統的方法是將飛機的靜態圖在背景上移動生成動畫，但《紅豬》里有很多飛機空戰場面，所以製作組最終還是決定一格一格地將飛機的具體動作畫出來，這樣令製作成本增加了不少，不過大家看完影片後都覺得物有所值。另外，該電影的製作還起用了STUDIO GHIBLI的年輕新進工作者，所以影片的風格也有小小的不同。
主人公雖然生得一付豬的臉孔，卻異常的受到女性的歡迎呢。劇中的兩位女主角年齡跨度不小，但都是一如既往地真心喜歡著波魯克。
《紅豬》是宮崎駿一部帶有自傳性質的電影，宮崎駿自喻為劇中主人公波魯克，將自己的那種處在俗世而身不由己的矛盾構思成波魯克的傳奇故事。

幽靈公主：
古時遭受侵略而移居遠方的蝦夷族青年阿斯達卡，為了拯救遭受危險的村人，右手被凶煞神詛咒，為了尋找解除詛咒的方法，阿斯達卡決定離開親人到西方去流浪。
在旅行中他見到了一群由幻姬大人領導的貧窮人們。他們在麒鱗獸的森林開采鐵礦，並在森林中建立煉鐵廠。然而森林中的種種生物都視他們為敵，總是襲擊人類。有著三百歲智慧的白狼神莫娜和被她養大的人類女孩「幽靈公主」桑更是時刻想殺死幻姬，毀滅人類的城市。阿斯達卡既被桑所深深的吸引，理解「幽靈公主」保護森林的心情，但同時又想幫助人類。在戰斗的過程中阿斯達卡被麒鱗獸所救，立場更加搖擺不定。
以疙瘩和尚為首的一批人受領主的命令來殺麒鱗獸，更利用幻姬的力量與反攻人類的大批山豬作戰。幻姬以火槍殺死麒鱗獸，失去頭顱的麒鱗獸為了奪回自己的頭對森林造成了極大的破壞。阿斯達卡和桑合力將麒鱗獸的頭顱從疙瘩和尚手裡多回，並還給了憤怒的麒鱗獸，麒鱗獸的靈魂方才安息，被破壞的大自然又恢復了正常。
由宮崎駿監督的這部作品著重描寫了人類與自然界之間搏鬥的經過，也道出了人類戰爭的殘酷與無情。人類追求生存與幸福的本能，就是與自然中其它種族沖突的來源，尤其是在人類開始掌握了更高的科學技術以後。
在宮崎駿大師的筆下，人與人、自然與人之間的關系被表現得淋漓盡致。

千與千尋：
在《千與千尋》里，自然退去，人類站到前台，成了唯一的主角。人類的命運，只有人自己來決定。有人說，《千與千尋》是關於千尋、關於少年的成長，其實，它是關於整個人類的，人類的迷失、歧途，人類的出路、希望。那是個陰風慘慘、暗影重重的寓言舞台，介於人類與鬼神之間，介於天與地之間，在這個尋常之眼無法透視的人類後台，身材弱小的千尋代表所有的人尋找著名字、記憶、身份，尋找著早已被遺忘的重返伊甸園之路。幼小的她幾乎經歷了人世間所有的惡：紛爭，欺騙，貪婪，懶惰，利用，自私，虛偽……也一路艱難地揀拾被丟棄的尊嚴、勇氣、善良、誠實、勤奮、友愛……夜色沉沉，千尋帶著寶寶、無面人在一片澤國包圍的孤島一般的車站，靜靜等待列車上溫暖的燈光從黑暗裡閃現，那一刻，我不禁屏息靜氣，心裡充滿了甜蜜的憂傷。逼近生命的黃昏，宮崎駿認為自己終於找到了答案。可知道答案是一回事，果能實現所願則是另一回事，你我不是千尋，世界也不是動畫片中那個小小的游樂場，世界之大，那都不是我們所能把握的了。
