根据Huffinton Post报道，电影结尾的歌曲“I believe in love"在70年代就被另外一部电影引用过了。导演起初听到这首歌是来自Googoosh演唱的版本，Googoosh号称是伊朗的麦当娜，可她并不是这首歌的原作者。为了找到原作者，导演雇佣了私人侦探为了寻找一个叫Nina Hart的人，全美国有500多人叫这名字，找了几个月还是竹篮打水一场空。直到有一天Nina收到了她姐姐转给她的邮件告诉她当年唱的歌（Googoosh版本）将要被电影《魔镜》采用。当时她正忙着在佛罗里达南部找房子，两个月之后她才打电话告诉导演她就是Nina，Nina结婚八年后离婚了，所以她现在的名字叫Nina Griffins，难怪找不到叫Nina Hart的人。Nina当时创作这首歌曲的时候才20来岁，现在都是60多岁的人了。她自己笑到当时写这歌的时候只花了2个小时的时间，没想到这么多年过去了，它还是缠着她给她带来意想不到的利益。
