幕後花絮：

電影拍攝時間為8個星期，劇組先後在倫敦、愛丁堡和巴黎取景，總共約有50多個不同的場景。

在愛丁堡取景時，製片方成功地讓整個攝制組攀上了著名的「亞瑟王座」山頂，在那上面進行了幾天的拍攝。除了小部分大型機器是通過直升機運上去的，其他機器全都是劇組成員搬上去的。

派翠西婭·克拉克森在拍攝電視劇《深紅與白色的花瓣》的間隙趕來拍攝該片。

安妮花了很多時間與設計部門研究艾瑪的成長過程，例如不同時期的生活習慣、決定、表現的方式等等。吉姆也就發型、化妝和服裝問題與劇組人員研究了很長時間，他笑言自己能通過發型判斷德斯特處於哪個年齡段。

愛，可以另起一行。

大多數愛情電影對感情的處理都過於簡單，愛或者不愛，付出和被感動，相似的人物性格設定，共同的有情人終成眷屬結局，然而，你我都知道，真實的愛情故事遠不是這樣。而《一天》是一個跳出俗窠的電影。

簡介

豆瓣影評里有很多人說，這是個敘事乏味的故事，整部電影主要描述了從1988年7月15到2008年7月15日在兩個人身上發生的故事，更直白點說，是一個女人對一個男人一生的痴戀。中間穿插一些回憶，有些碎片化，有些平淡。想要刺激可以看《敢死隊》《碟中諜》《007》，對於這部電影，我竊認為這是最好的敘事。

我一直都很喜歡看女追男的電影，比如《一個陌生女人的來信》，雖然很多影視作品稱頌的都是男人的長情，但女人很多時候對愛的隱忍比男人更加深厚綿長。
