剧情介绍：
本片为在八十年代曾引领风骚的《福星电影系列》第二部，明星阵容鼎盛，包括：成龙、洪金宝、吴耀伟、秦祥林、冯淬帆、胡慧中等。剧情描述成龙饰演的国际刑警在东京追捕罪犯三哥，但被当地犯罪组织阻碍，他被迫要求香港的上司将五名在孤儿院一起长大的好友送到日本相助。上司派出女督察霸王花陪同前往，引起五福星沿途争相献勤。抵日后，五福星假扮香港罪犯混入当地赌场，里应外合之下终立下大功。洪金宝的导演手法流畅爽朗，尤其能掌握五福星追求霸王花时的逗趣笑料，呈现出相当丰富的娱乐性，胡慧中因本片的女警形象成功，日后更发展成独立的《霸王花》女警动作喜剧系列。
