灰太狼在280次抓羊失败后，使用了终极武器--阴离子光球,想把羊羊们全烤了。 羊羊们抵挡不住，只能用镇村之宝--阳离子光球。结果阴阳离子相撞，将喜羊羊与灰太狼他们吸进了古古怪界。在这个完全陌生的世界，他们经历了许多事……首先，喜他们由于乱碰“神蛋”而被蜜蜂抓住。灰太狼夫妇同时放出了蛋里的恶魔——黑大帅，在黑大帅的强迫下，灰太狼夫妇接受了命令——找到光明道具并销毁。黑大帅： 一个黑心皮蛋，会释放基因光线和超强的闪电，还能瞬间转移，他妄想控制整个地下世界。他如果被光明道具浇到，就会失去大量法力，需休息一段时间才行。当羊羊们困惑时，一个自称先知的蛋壳出现了……他叫潇洒哥。 羊羊们与潇洒哥一起去找光明道具，费尽好大一番周折后，他们终于找到了，但却被灰太狼夫妇抓起来了，喜想办法让光明道具冲洗被控制的蜜蜂，从而制服了灰太狼夫妇。这时，黑大帅亲自来向他们挑战。自大的潇洒哥在黑大帅的闪电面前不堪一击。还是喜趁大帅疏忽时打开了光明道具，大帅失去法力，慌忙逃跑，当然，灰太狼夫妇也跟着逃了。第一场战斗结束 。 喜羊羊他们来到一个荷花池，在那里了解了一群巨蛙需要建造一座祭坛，来祭祀“上天”，其实这是黑大帅的阴谋，他想吃掉青蛙来恢复法力，他让灰太狼夫妇假扮天上的“神”在羊羊的帮助下，巨蛙与死敌招潮蟹和解并一起完成了祭坛，此时灰太狼夫妇显身，要将巨蛙，羊羊，招潮蟹一块儿煮了。多亏懒羊羊偷懒，造祭坛时没将一块石头卡紧，他们才脱身。但潇洒哥又被灰太狼抓住了，为了救潇洒哥，羊羊们上天去找黑大帅，结果被黑大帅的闪电击败。 后来喜羊羊想办法又打败了黑大帅，黑大帅让灰太狼装成自己，分两路逃跑，并让红太狼去地面上搬救兵。第二场战斗结束。 第三部分分为两块 第一块是喜羊羊，沸羊羊懒羊羊三羊一起去追灰太狼假扮的黑大帅，一直追到南极，在南极，他们展开了激烈的追逐，途中来到企鹅村。企鹅村的首领常常为小事争吵，很搞笑，比如问企鹅到底是什么颜色，黑还是白……。在喜羊羊为企鹅们解答了一些问题后，却在一场意外中放出了掉入河中而成为冰的灰太狼，正当羊羊们被煮时，一道闪电将灰移走了…… 第二块：慢羊羊，美羊羊，暖羊羊，潇洒哥与蛋蛋在追捕真正的黑大帅，途中黑大帅假扮潇洒哥，干尽坏事，害潇洒哥他们被冤枉，不传来兔子国国王牙坏的消息，潇洒哥决定报复黑大帅，扮成黑大帅去行刺兔子国国王。兔子兵将真正黑大帅逮捕，关进监狱…… 同时潇洒与蛋蛋因装大牙同样也被逮捕.。没想到的是，兔子国国王不但没处死黑大帅(他的牙虫在遇刺时被吓跑了)反而看中了黑大帅那大板牙，还封黑大帅为国师并下令全国缉拿潇洒哥与羊羊。大帅在恢复法力中又将兔子国国王打昏，自称国王，并将在南极的灰召唤回来。灰太狼提议将他老婆及七大恶狼都召来，黑大帅因功力未完全恢复，转送时将七大恶狼与红太狼他们弄到了南极，在南极八匹狼与喜羊羊他们展开追逐，追逐中喜羊羊他们又被黑大帅的闪电转到了兔子国所在的沙漠…… 这时潇洒哥与蛋蛋正被处以拔牙绞刑，喜连忙救下并一起去找黑大帅。慢羊羊他们因中计被黑大帅抓住。黑大帅与喜羊羊他们交手时，由于不明的一场雨使黑大帅法力失掉很多，喜羊羊又将真的兔子国王救出，他们一起去打黑大帅，七大恶狼这时也到了，因为吃了黑大帅不少苦又不知道黑大帅的威力，所以去揍了黑大帅一顿，黑大帅紧急之下释放了基因光线，控制了所有的兔子兵，并将喜羊羊他们都抓起来了。光明道具也被抢走了。 被关在监狱中的羊羊们发现周围有许多跳蚤，喜羊羊并想办法把跳蚤放到了灰太狼夫妇身上且让他们用光明道具来冲洗，等灰太狼偷到光明道具时，喜羊羊又将跳蚤放到兔子兵身上，结果……。 黑大帅他们逃跑后，兔国国王又想得到光明道具，用其洗澡很舒服，将羊羊们拖了几天。在羊羊们抢回光明道具后，继续追赶黑大帅。第三部分结束。这时黑大帅与狼们已设好陷阱，羊羊到时，黑大帅宣布——送你们回青青草原！ 七匹狼也跟着回去了，地下世界里还剩下潇洒哥(拿着光明道具)与蛋蛋黑大帅，灰太狼，红太狼。在地上，羊羊们将七匹狼耍得直求饶。在地下，失去羊羊帮助的潇洒哥很快中计被黑大帅抢走光明道具，大帅重新统治了地下世界，还建造了大型游乐园，把潇洒个虐的很惨……。 灰太狼夫妇因无食物而打算逃跑，黑大帅要求灰太狼将光明道具改为黑暗道具，灰太狼搞定后黑大帅还是不让他们走，他们只好坐自制火箭逃跑…… 黑暗道具：可将基因光线的力量扩大，即使不是地下世界的动物也会遭到控制。 喜羊羊他们得知潇洒哥有难，又回去营救，当然，灰也跟去了，他们了解到黑暗道具的底部有一机关，转动便可恢复成光明道具。他们在成功后不想被黑大帅他们发现，黑大帅又将其调回去了，并且将那个机关作了严密保护。喜羊羊他们没办法，只能去炸毁黑暗道具。但是一次次周密的计划皆被黑大帅识破，羊羊怀疑同伴内有内奸，果然，当喜羊羊，沸羊羊，美羊羊一起去诈降时，美羊羊出卖了他们，原来美羊羊被黑暗道具的魔水沾到，已被控制。同样，红太狼也被控制了。 羊羊与灰太狼一起被关起来，灰太狼打算挖地道逃跑。另外，慢羊羊让潇洒哥与懒羊羊给黑大帅送“蛋糕”，黑大帅认为一定是炸弹，盒子开启潇洒哥与黑大帅都慌得不行，当发现是蛋糕时，两蛋才松了口气。黑大帅发怒，朝潇洒哥放出强烈的闪电，不想这时灰太狼刚好从地底下挖出来，绊倒了黑大帅，闪电直朝黑暗道具飞去，轰！第三部分结束。 黑暗道具的毁坏意味着光明道具的消失，正当羊羊们一筹莫展时，潇洒哥提出去找自己的妈妈，希望她能帮忙。众羊与潇洒哥费了一番工夫来到了鸡爪山并找到了鸡妈妈，这时黑大帅他们也带兵赶到了。鸡妈妈记忆力也差的不行，自己家也找了半天，还说要亲自收拾黑大帅，结果被黑大帅电个半死，在众羊帮助下逃跑。 羊羊们想了好久，终于想出办法来对付黑大帅，他们利用美羊羊给大帅报信，设下陷阱想制服黑大帅，眼看就要成功时，鸡妈妈却将准备压黑大帅的铁块上的绳子叼住。 这时鸡妈妈才说黑大帅是潇洒哥的亲弟弟，不能杀。还要潇洒哥用兄弟亲情去感化黑大帅，结果黑大帅一点都不领情。鸡妈妈想出最后办法，让潇洒哥与蛋蛋合体，成为潇洒超人来与黑大帅对抗，大家这才想起蛋蛋已在前个计划中被黑大帅抓走了。众羊去营救蛋蛋却被美羊羊给说破计划，而且潇洒哥与蛋蛋也不知道如何合体，当他们一起被扔进锅里煮时，潇洒哥与蛋蛋才意外合了体。潇洒超人用白洞攻击打跑了黑大帅与灰太狼，但在追赶过程中却因潇洒哥与蛋蛋的不和而分体。在慢羊羊给其吃了同心丸后，他们才彼此同心，与羊羊一起去找黑大帅，只有懒羊羊留下独自一羊看守。这时黑大帅正在逃亡，灰太狼建议逃回鸡舍，正好碰上懒羊羊，马上要挟为人质。灰太狼忍不住要吃懒羊羊，被黑大帅发现，黑大帅放电攻击，结果由于被潇洒哥击中的关系而将能量法力全给了灰太狼。灰太狼成为了地底世界的大王，黑大帅法力全失，只能投靠羊羊。但威力无比的灰太狼轻而易举的抓住了他们，在监狱中，多亏慢羊羊使用催眠术才保住了羊羊的性命。不过后来灰太狼识破了，将众羊一起煮进锅里，这时潇洒哥与黑大帅因保护鸡妈妈而合体成为潇洒超人第二代。就要击败灰太狼时，灰太狼又将美羊羊与懒羊羊作为人质，打算自己逃跑。慢羊羊发明了机器蛋，只要将灰太狼关进，鸡妈妈孵七天，灰太狼就可以放出净化光线净化地底世界。喜羊羊用计将灰太狼抓住，七天后，灰太狼变成地底世界的生物。但灰太狼拒绝放射净化光线。众羊将灰太狼关进监狱，灰太狼挖地洞逃跑，逃跑中听到鸡妈妈说她有一粒药丸吃下可增加100倍功力，灰太狼听后立即抢走并吃下药丸。 当灰得太狼意忘形时，喜羊羊他们躲进了玻璃屋。 然后,灰太狼最大功率输出，净化闪电照遍古古怪界。一切都恢复了，灰太狼他们也用瞬间移动逃回了地面。喜羊羊他们也该说再见了。 在地面，灰太狼还拥有黑大帅的法力，先将羊村攻破，抓住了除喜羊羊，美羊羊外的四只羊。后来喜羊羊想办法用能量转移机将灰太狼身上的力量全分给草原的各种动物，最后，当然是灰太狼说的：“我一定会回来的” (全篇完)
喜羊羊与灰太狼:
羊历3131年，青青草原上，羊羊族群已经十分兴旺发达。在羊羊一族里面已经有小镇，有学校，有超市，有美容院，所有羊羊族群的羊都幸福快乐地生活。可是，在对岸的森林里，灰太狼带着他的妻子红太狼却对着一群群的肥羊咽着口沫，红太狼看到了羊群，知道丈夫带她离开狼群是对的，问题是灰太狼什么时候到对岸去把肥羊抓回来，让她一尝羊羊大餐。
当灰太狼的身影再次出现在石桥的栏栅前，羊羊族群的喜羊羊、美羊羊、沸羊羊和懒羊羊等一班年轻的羊羊才真正的从现实当中看到书上记载的狼的丑陋样子。当然和武大狼一样，灰太狼面对铁栏栅也是没办法跨越，而村长慢羊羊为了防止灰太狼耍什么花招，叫了村里最聪明的喜羊羊守在桥上。
灰太狼起初在桥上看到铁栅后面的喜羊羊，以为只要破坏了铁栏栅，就可以把肥羊抓住，没想到铁栏每次都给喜羊羊暗中做了手脚，灰太狼落得个伤痕满身，灰头土脸的回家，在他心中最痛恨的就是那只专门对付他的喜羊羊，简直是一点不把狼群的威风放在眼里，而且每次他都给喜羊羊害得够惨的。从此，灰太狼下定了决心，想尽一切办法要抓喜羊羊回去先下锅，以泄他心头之恨，身心之痛。可是灰太狼不知道，他的对手是全羊羊族群里最聪明的，而且在喜羊羊背后还有村长和发明家慢羊羊，大智若愚、喜欢睡觉的懒羊羊，力大如牛的沸羊羊，漂亮亲切的美羊羊和一大帮羊羊族群。灰太狼的虽然阴谋诡计不断，但是最后还是自讨苦吃，落得一个失败的下场，而且受伤回家以后，红太狼并不会给他安慰，还会狠狠的教训他一顿……
喜羊羊与灰太狼之牛气冲天:
春回大地，更逢慢羊羊村长100周年庆典。慢羊羊的坐骑老蜗牛却突然病倒，经过检查，村长感到如临大敌，打算潜入蜗牛身上消灭引起这个病变的病毒。小羊们觉得危险，要代替村长前往蜗牛的身体上消灭病毒。没想到灰太狼偷听到，也要进入蜗牛体内捉小羊。
喜羊羊、沸羊羊、懒洋洋和美羊羊到了蜗牛的两只触角上。喜羊羊和美羊羊还没搞清楚这是个什么地方，就被白菌(白牛)士兵强行征召入伍当兵。而且不须新兵训练，直接就拉上战火连天的前线。
在军营内得知，这是个位于蜗牛触角上的细菌国度——白牛国。最近这个蜗牛世界不再平静，终日发生地震。国王断定一定是处在另一只触角上的黑菌（黑牛）王国——黑牛国搞的鬼，为了消灭邪恶的黑牛国，制止这场细菌感染，白牛国征集了全国兵力，发动了战争。既然大家的目的一致，喜羊羊参加到了白牛国的军队，一同和黑牛国的细菌作战。
两国在国境线上摆开战场，喜羊羊发现黑牛国竟然是灰太狼领军,更造出新式武器坦克和飞机，白牛国全军溃败，还被重重包围。
喜羊羊携带而来的通讯器一直没有信号，为了和村长取得联络，喜羊羊要经过危险禁地——漩涡黑森林，这里菌迹罕至，一旦进入九死一生。但喜羊羊还是毅然出发，经过长途跋涉，在即将到达森林出口的时候，不幸遇上了神秘的细菌蛮族（黄牛），虽然喜羊羊逃脱出来，可是通讯器却落入了蛮族手中。灰太狼更成为他们的军师，造出许多控制细菌的控制器，一举消灭黑牛和白牛两个细菌王国，事成之后，那两国细菌是蛮族的粮食，而小羊则由灰太狼享用。
浩浩荡荡的蛮族细菌大军将他们两国包围得水泄不通，并扬言要将两国细菌都作为他们的食粮。两个国王都万万想不到，一向温顺、与世无争的蛮族细菌竟然就是引致这个世界病变的真正根源！
正当灰太狼得意之时，没想到自己也给黄牛蛮族细菌大王吃掉。喜羊羊为救众人，与黄牛开展生死大战，最后更牺牲救回小灰灰，令灰太狼答应以后再不吃一根羊毛。
最后，蜗牛终于回复了健康，小羊们和灰太狼夫妇也回到了草原上，但灰太狼却在庆功会上发难，并表示自己并没有违背誓约——一根羊毛也不吃，那可是剥了皮再吃！不料喜羊羊却早有准备，反制住了灰太狼。其他小羊愤怒地要把灰太狼消灭时，喜羊羊倒把他们放走——因为，世间万物自有他存在的道理，不能轻言消灭——青青草原上，羊和狼的欢乐故事还将永远继续！
总之主要内容就是:灰太狼和红太狼想吃羊,但总是被喜羊羊打的身上都是包.
